Please note, there may be a delay in despatching orders while we catch up, following our return from the Creative Craft Show.
We will endeavour to despatch all items as quickly as possible, but it's been a long and tiring couple of days, and we can only work as fast as our old bones will allow us.

Order before 2pm (Monday to Friday) for Same Day Despatch 
Restrictions apply (see below)

  • Orders are despatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
  • Orders received before 2pm, will be despatched the same day (exclusions apply)
  • Same day despatch is restricted to stocked items only
  • Special Order/Pre Order/Back Order items will be despatched depending on current availability, estimated despatch times can be found within product details but are typically within 3-5 working days. Please contact us for more information
  • Please note we may despatch some orders received after 2pm, on the same day, however this service is provided at our own discretion and cannot be requested.
  • Collection service available. Collect from our offices just outside of Tavistock Monday-Friday between 9am & 4pm except for Thursdays before 12pm. Collection also available Thursdays 9am-4pm at the Tavistock Pannier Market, to request this option please contact us before 3pm the Wednesday before. Minimum online order value of £1.50. For orders under this value please contact us.
  • Local delivery available for residents of Tavistock, Mary Tavy, Peter Tavy, Lamerton & Gulworthy with orders under £15 being charged at £1.50 and orders over being free

Delivery Services (UK only) 

We offer 5 delivery options within the UK, with different price brackets for Large Letter or Parcel Items. 
Standard Delivery services have a delivery aim of 1-2 working days
Economy Delivery services have a delivery aim or 3-5 working days
These services are not guaranteed and may take longer.

We also offer expedited delivery;
Express Delivery service offers Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday)
The expedited delivery services are postcode restrictive, and orders must be received before 2pm for same day despatch. Next day delivery is not guaranteed, items may take 1-2 working days.

Economy - £1.95/£3.95*
This service has a delivery aim of 3-5 working days, but may take longer.

Standard - £2.45/£4.75*
This service has a delivery aim of 1-2 working days, but may take longer.

Express Delivery - from £9.50
This service is priced on a weight-based scale, starting from £9.50
The price will automatically adjust according to the total weight of items in your basket. 
Restrictions: Order before 2pm, to receive your order the next working day. Please note, no guarantees can be provided on delivery time frame. Times can vary dependent upon location.
Deliveries can be made on Saturday & Sundays for some locations but are not guaranteed.

Uses Royal Mail Special Delivery service

Postage costs are charged once per order regardless of order size, and are inclusive of VAT.

Free Postage Offers (UK only)
This offer is limited to Standard and Economy Delivery services, for UK orders only, and will be applied automatically at checkout. 
Order value is the combined total of the items purchased (after discount), and does not include the postage price. Separately made orders cannot be combined to receive free postage.

Weight Based Pricing 
Our expedited delivery services are priced on a weight-based scale, and will amend depending on the total weight of items in your basket.

Tracking Information 
Tracking Information is not available on Economy Large Letter, Standard Large letter or standard International services. However, delivery confirmation can be provided once a delivery attempt is made. 

Tracking Information will be provided by the shipping service directly to you for Economy Parcel, Standard Parcel, Express Delivery and International Tracked Services. This will be via email address and/or phone if provided.

Please note, we may choose to upgrade your order to a Tracked/Signed or alternative express service. This will be done at our own discretion, and will not incur further costs to the delivery service selected. Any upgrades will be to similar speed or faster services.

Parcel Size Items 
Items that are stated as being Parcel postage only, or include the below symbol will be subject to the Parcel postage options only. Items that do not require parcel size packaging will have all postage options available, the selection of the parcel postage option will not amend the packaging being used for smaller items.
 

Collect from Us

Orders can be collected form our offices Monday to Friday between 9am & 4pm except for Thursdays before 12pm. 
Please await your collection confirmation before heading to collect. 

Our offices are located on the Pitts Cleave Industrial Estate just off the A386 heading North out of Tavistock. As you enter the estate at the roundabout turn right (3rd exit) and the Tavy Business Centre is located on the right just past the car garage. Please ensure you park in a space provided or on the road, do not block the entrances to any of the units. To collect, press unit 2 on the intercom system at the door, we'll then come and meet you with your items.

Please be aware, minimum online payment is £1.50. If your goods for collection are less than this please contact us to arrange collection with cash to be paid upon collection.

Should you wish to collect from the Tavistock Pannier Market on Thursdays, please ensure your order is placed before 3pm Wednesday and contact us to let us know you would prefer to collect from the market. 

Local Delivery

Orders for local residents of Tavistock, Mary Tavy, Peter Tavy, Lamerton, Gulworthy and Whitchurch can receive their order the same working day* by selecting this option. Please be aware, all PL19 postcodes will be offered this service but locations outside of the delivery zone shown below will not be accepted for local delivery and may be cancelled, if in doubt please contact us before ordering.

Orders under £15 - £1.50
Orders Over £15 - free

* Deliveries will be made the same working day between 4pm & 6pm on orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. 

Please ensure you provide a phone number during checkout. If in the event we are unable to locate your address we will contact you this way.

Please be aware, Local delivery options may be offered to users outside this area with the postcode of PL19. If this option is selected for areas outside our delivery zone you will be contacted to arrange alternative options.

International Orders


We ship to most European Countries, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 
All International postage is based on product value and weight.

Please be aware, we do not cover the costs for any local Tax, Customs Fees, Clearance Fees or Handling Fees. These fees and charges will be charged directly to the recipient either before or at the point of delivery by the local delivery handler or customs. Please ensure you are aware of any local restrictions, as we take no responsibility over a products acceptance via your customs agency.

For other locations not listed above, we dispatch to all countries that are accepted by the Royal Mail world zones 1 & 2. For pricing on World Zone 1 see Canada Deliveries above & for World Zone 2, see Australia & New Zealand Deliveries above. If whilst trying to checkout you are unable to select your country, please let us know and we shall check whether dispatch is possible. 
Please be aware, the stated Tracked option may not provide full tracking to your country, this service may simply involve a signature upon delivery or may provide full tracking and still require a signature upon delivery. We will always select a tracked option if available. Should you wish to check which option will be provided for your country, please contact us to enquire.
