Delivery Services (UK only)
Where possible, products that are subject to our Parcel Postage Service, have been indicated with the Parcel Icon on the product image. Details of this can also be found in the Product Description.

Economy Delivery services have a delivery aim of 3-5 workings days.
Standard Delivery services are have a delivery aim 1-2 working days.
Please note, Economy & Standard delivery options are not guaranteed and may take longer.
For those requiring faster delivery, we also offer an Express Delivery Service, which is typically next working day (Monday to Friday), as well as a Saturday Delivery service.
Please note, our expedited services are postcode restrictive.

Delivery Prices

Postage costs are charged once per order regardless of order size, and are inclusive of VAT.

Weight Based Pricing
Our Express and Saturday Delivery services are provided on a weight-based pricing scale, that will amend depending on the total weight of items in your basket.
To view the delivery price, add all items to the basket and select the required Delivery service from the dropdown menu.
We may choose to place your order into a lower price bracket, if the true weight of the order is lower than that of the calculated weight. This is done at our own discretion.


Free Postage Offers (UK only)
We now offer Free Postage on orders over £25, available for UK orders only, and will be applied automatically at checkout. This offer is limited to Standard Delivery and Economy Parcel Services.
Standard Parcel Service is available free on orders over £45.
Order value is the combined total of the items purchased, and does not include the postage price.

Tracking Details
Tracking information can be requested when using Express Delivery, Saturday Delivery or International Tracked Services.
Tracking information is not available on Economy, Standard, International Small Item and International Parcel services, but we can provide delivery confirmation should this be required.
Please note we may choose to upgrade your order to a Tracked/Signed for service, at our own discretion and at no further cost to the delivery service chosen.


International Orders
We ship to most European Countries, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
All International postage is based on product value and weight.
Tracked services are currently mandatory for all US orders.

Please be aware, we do not cover the costs for any local VAT, Customs Fees, Clearance Fees or Handling Fees. These fees and charges will be charged directly to the recipient either before or at the point of delivery by the local delivery handler or customs.

European postage starts from £3.70 for Standard Delivery, from £6.85 for Parcel services, and from £9.90 for Tracked Services.

Tracked Service is mandatory for all order £25 or over.
European delivery typically takes 3-10 working days, but may take longer.
Please be aware, you may be required to pay custom duties and local taxes before delivery.

Canada postage starts from £4.80 for Standard Delivery, from £8.30 for Parcel services, and from £10.95 for Tracked Services.

Tracked Service is mandatory for all order £25 or over.
International delivery typically takes 7-10 working days, but may take longer.
Please be aware, you may be required to pay custom duties and local taxes before delivery.

Australia & New Zealand postage starts from £4.80 for Standard Delivery, from £9.60 for Parcel services, and from £11.05 for Tracked Services.

Tracked Service is mandatory for all order £25 or over.
International delivery typically takes 10-14 working days, but may take longer.
Please be aware, you may be required to pay custom duties and local taxes before delivery.

USA postage starts from £4.80 for Standard Delivery, from £10.65 for Parcel services, and from £11.00 for Tracked Services.

Tracked Service is currently mandatory for all US orders.
International delivery typically takes 10-14 working days, but may take longer.

Prices shown are for delivery only and are not inclusive of any taxes or fees that may be charged by the local customs agency. We take no responsibility for any additional charges. Please ensure you are aware of any restrictions in receiving goods to your country, we take no responsibility over a products acceptance via your customs agency.
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and due to restrictions set by our payment providers we are unable to show alternative currency values. Currency conversion rates are subject to change and may be charged at your Bank/Credit Card providers rate, as such we are not in a position to advise the rate being charged.


Faulty, Damaged or Item not Received?

Damaged Item
If your item has arrived damaged from delivery, please provide images of the nature of the damage, including all packaging, along with your Order Details and a short description of the issue to sales@minionsofcraft.co.uk
Please include your Order number and the words ‘Damaged Item’ in the subject of the email.
Reports of damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.

Faulty or Incorrect Item
If your item has arrived faulty, or an incorrect item has been received, please provide images of the nature of the fault, along with your Order Details and a short description of the issue to sales@minionsofcraft.co.uk
Please include your Order number and the words ‘Faulty Item’ or ‘Incorrect Item’ in the subject of the email.
Reports of faulty or incorrect items must be made within 30 days of receipt of order.

Incomplete Orders
Unless otherwise stated in the dispatch email, all orders will be dispatched complete.
If your order is received incomplete, please provide images of any damage packaging (where applicable), along with your Order Details, the date it was received and details of which items are missing, to sales@minionsofcraft.co.uk
Please include your Order number and the words ‘Incomplete Order’ in the subject of the email.
Reports of incomplete orders must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
 

Order not Received (UK only)
Estimated delivery times can be found in the Delivery Services section, for each Delivery Service available. If your order is not received within the estimated time frame, please allow up to 14 days (Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch, before contacting us.
If you have selected Express Delivery or Saturday Delivery, please allow the full day for delivery.
If after this time, your order is still yet to arrive, please contact us via email to sales@minionsofcraft.co.uk or by using the Contact Form in the Contact Us page.

Please provide your Order Details, along with your Full Delivery Address.
Reports of Orders not Received must be made within 28 days from your Order Date, any claims made after this time frame will not be processed.

Order not Received (International/European Orders)
Please follow the instructions as above, however please allow up to 20 days for European delivery, 30 days for US and Canada delivery, and 45 days for Australia and New Zealand delivery.
Reports of Orders not Received must be received within 20 days of time frames listed above.
Please be aware that no refunds will be provided due to late arrival of items, unless time guaranteed services, such as Express Delivery and Saturday Delivery are selected.
 

Responses to Faulty, Damaged or Item not Received Claims
For all queries highlighted above, once we receive the required information, we shall look into the issue and get back to you ASAP. Please note our responding times are typically between Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm (with the exception of Bank Holidays). During busy periods, it may take longer to respond, while we investigate the matter.
