Henry Cole's Rat needle felting kit is a great option for the beginner and experienced needle felter alike. With each kit making a single monocle wearing rat with paper measuring approx. 10cm tall. Suitable for beginners and children over 10 years old or supervised crafty children from 7 years and up.
