Quirky Shepherd

The Quirky Shepherd creates handcrafted homespun yarn, made in the heart of Devon. 

Each skein is unique and spun using a traditional spinning wheel. The beautiful fibres are sourced from small farms in Devon and around the UK, with a focus on pure, rare and conservation breeds. 

On their small farm, they have two Angora goats, Tansy and Willow, who provide lots of lovely fleece, which is used for the mohair yarn. This long and lustrous fibre is perfect for many crafts including knitting, crochet, weaving and felting.
