The Universal Twin Needle has a slightly rounded point making it suitable for a wide range of materials, including lace.

Sew decorative stitches for decorative seams. Push the twin button on your sewing machine (if present), to limit the stitch width so that the needle does not hit the throat plate by mistake and break.

Please be aware, needles are sharp and can also present a choking risk. Do not leave within reach of children and always supervise any minor using a sewing machine. Handle this item with care.

Carol Rudman asked...

Please can you explain what the numbers on the right mean. I understand the 12 and 14 but am confused as to the other number. Thanks.

Official response...

Hi Carol,

Thank you for your question. On the Double/Twin needles, the numbers to the right refer to the size in mm between the two needle points. For example, if you selected the 80/2.5 this would be mean each needle point is 80nm wide (12 imperial size) with each needle point being 2.5mm apart.
