1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Website uptime

1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

Exclusion of liability

1.15 We do not accept liability for any loss or damage that you suffer as a result of using this website.

1.16 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.


1.17 For UK orders:- Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 14 days after your order has been placed.

1.18 Please allow for up to 14 days for delivery following the dispatch of your order for all UK orders. Please allow for up to 28 days for delivery following the dispatch of your order for all international orders. 

1.19 Please be aware, when providing a safe place for any parcel our liability ends once delivery to this location has been provided. We accept no responsibility for the safety of any items left within your designated safe place.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

1.20 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.

1.21 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends after 30 days from receipt of your items. Where tracking information is not present the receipt of goods shall be taken as the last estimated date of delivery.

1.22 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or our message form about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.

1.23 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

1.24 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

1.25 For orders that have not been dispatched, once you have notified us of your wish to cancel any sum debited to us will be refunded in full. Refunds will be provided as soon as possible but in an event of delay this time will not exceed 14 days.

For orders that have been cancelled after dispatch any refunds will not be provided until the return of the original goods. Your entitlement to a refund will be subject to the condition of the goods received. In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations the original postage cost up to that of the basic postage charge will be refunded. Orders that contain postage upgrades such as Next Working Day & Saturday Delivery services will only be refunded up to that of the basic postage charge.

If you cancel your Contract in full or in part and the total amount of the Products purchased in your Contract amounts to £25.00 (for standard postage) or £45 (for Premium Postage) or more (thereby qualifying for free postage) and no Products are retained by you or the total price of the Products retained by you amounts to less than the above stated amounts, you will become responsible for the initial cost of delivery of the Products from us to you. Such amount will be deducted when we refund the price you paid for the Products.

1.26 Should your package arrived damaged you must notify us of this within 48hrs of receipt of the goods.

1.27 You must notify us of any faults or incorrect items being received within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Any faulty items returned will have the cost of return postage refunded. The value of the refunded amount for return postage will be limited to the known cost of an economy based service for the size & weight of the originally dispatched item. Any use of expedited services & larger packages will be under the sole decision of the original buyer and will not be subject to any increased return postage refund amount.

1.28 Non receipt of goods require notification to us within 28 days of your original order. After this no non receipt claims will be accepted.

1.29 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:

(a) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.

(b) Items of no charged value, eg, free items and promotional goods.

1.30 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:

(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

(b) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.

(c) cause damage to the goods through use or misuse.

1.31 If we are unable to provide the goods ordered we reserve the right to either cancel or partially refund your order. Where a partial refund is provided,  goods to the value of the amended amount shall be dispatched.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
