Personalisation Options
Choose from a combination of Monogram Letter and Christmas Theme designs to create the perfect personalised gift.

Monogram Letter
When selecting the Monogram Letter option, please enter the name required in the box provided. We will automatically select the first letter of the name provided to feature as the Monogram Letter.

Selecting a Design for Side 2 Engraving
We have 7 designs to choose from, including Bells, Holly, Present, Snowflake, Snowman, Star and Tree. 
We can include the current year in simple number format (2023), on any of these designs at no extra cost. 
If you would like this option, please email us with your Order number, and request details. 

Engraving Options - Blank, Single Sided, or Double Sided
If you do not want any engraving options, simply choose the Bauble Size required and select 'None' on the Engraving options.
If you just want a Monogram Letter on one side, then Select 'None' on Side 2 Engraving.
If you just want one of the designs, without the Monogram Letter, Select 'None' on Side 1 Engraving.

Delivery Details
All our Wooden Craft blanks, shapes and personalised items are designed and manufactured in house.
All items are made to order, and we will aim to despatch completed orders within 3-5 working days.
If stocked items are ordered at the same time as manufactured items, your order will be placed on hold, until all items are available for despatch.
Please note, personalised items are non-refundable. Please check spellings and design selections carefully before ordering, as mistakes cannot be rectified once in production. 

To ensure a quality product, it may be necessary for these items to be sanded with a super fine grade sandpaper. This will result in small amounts of dust residue left on the finished product, which can easily be wiped off.
Some materials may contain knots and grain markings that are not removable.
Please note, due to the nature of the materials, there may be blemishes and the shade and grain pattern will vary between items.

This product will be supplied without surface treatment or finish (i.e. paints, varnish, oils, wax etc).

This product is sold as an individual wooden craft piece. The total number ordered will be placed within a gripseal bag, before being placed within an appropriate envelope or box.

Due to the difference in screens/monitors along with other factors, the colours seen may vary to that of the actual product.
