Personalise your Wedding with these Cork Place Setting Coasters. 

Help your guests, find their seats with these personalised coasters, which will later help them find their drink. At the end of the night, guests can take their personalised coaster home as a keepsake and memento of your special day.

HOW TO ORDER

We currently have 12 designs to choose from, each styled to fit with the theme of your wedding. 
If you cannot find a suitable style to fit your wedding, then send us an email and we can look to design something bespoke for your special day. (Don't worry, we won't add a big price tag).

How many guests do you have?
Check the guest list, and don't forget to include yourselves, then select the pack quantity closest to this number.

These coasters are laser engraved in house, and we can fit 18 per sheet. This is why the quantities are multiples of 18. If your guest list doesn't use up the quantity ordered, then we can hold some back for you, incase of any last minute changes. Alternatively, we can leave these blank, or engrave the Wedding Date as a keepsake for you after your wedding. 

Do you have your completed guest list?
Yes - Great, then write out the list of names in the box provided and we will engrave these onto your coasters. 
If the list is too long, then feel free to write "I will email you my guest list", in the box provided. 
Then just send us an email with your Order number and the list of names, and we will engrave these onto your coasters. 

No - Not to worry. If you are planning ahead, we can work with that. Simply write "Guest list to be confirmed" in the box provided, along with the Date of your Wedding. 
We will then let you know the latest date we need the guest list, so we can make the coasters in time for your wedding. (Typically we need 3-5 working days to make your order, plus delivery time). 

Can I get a sample?
Yes you can. However, we will not be able to personalise these for you, and will come with the words 'Guest Name' written in the middle. This is to show you a sample of the font used. 

How long before I receive my order?
We aim to complete orders within 3-5 workings days. 
However, this is dependant on a couple of factors. 
We can only start making your order, when we have received the complete list of names. 
If there are any queries about spellings, or a mismatch between the quantity ordered and the number of names provided, then we will need to clarify this before we start making your order. 
Please take delivery time into consideration, and if you are urgent for your order, we would recommend selecting 'Express Delivery' at checkout. 
If you provide the Date of your Wedding, this will help us prioritise to ensure we can meet your deadline. 
Please note, that once your order has entered the Production Stage, we will be unable to accept any further change requests. 
After a design has been approved, personalised items will be exempt from our Returns/Refund Policy.
Production will not commence until we have received written approval from the customer.
