Pony Gold Eye Sharps needles are a quality universal hand sewing needle featuring an anti-tarnish gold coloured eye, providing an exceptionally smooth and easy to thread needle with a strong body which is also bend resistant. Sharps hand sewing needles are the most commonly used option for general hand sewing with almost any fabric. As the name suggests, they have a sharp point coupled with a short round which helps to provide added strength as it is just large enough to accomodate your typical sewing thread. Sharps needles are typically the middle sized in length being longer than the shorter betweens/quilting needles but shorter than the longer straws/milliners hand sewing needles.
